Keep Tahoe Fit: New business opens

The new business, Keep Tahoe Fit offers personal training and age-management programs for lifestyle transformation.

“We do more than count reps and add plates,” says Christopher Minnes, owner of Keep Tahoe Fit, in a prepared release. “We provide a comprehensive plan that will help our clients meet their goals.”

Trainers will schedule a consultation where a complete screening takes place. This includes discussing goals, medical background, current nutrition and a body composition analysis. The objective of the program is to both achieve a client’s fitness and athletic goals, including sports specific training, but to also teach the client how to manage their own goals over time.

Training is provided chiefly at the new Anytime Fitness gym at Roundhill. Special programs can be made for those who wish to train at home, on the beach or who travel regularly.
