Kingsbury Grade reopened

Update: Kingsbury Grade was reopened about 2:40 p.m.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and East Fork Fire and Paramedics are responding to a motor vehicle accident on SR 207/Kingsbury Grade halfway way down on the Carson Valley side. Residences and commuters are asked to use an alternate route at this time.

The injury accident was reported at 12:42 p.m. near Tramway Drive. A Careflight medical helicopter has been called to the scene.
