Kudos and Kindness: Babe Ruth Baseball thanks season supporters

Babe Ruth Baseball gives a hearty thank you to Tep’s Villa Roma for again hosting our third annual fundraiser dinner, held April 6. As always, the dining was perfect, Tep’s famous lasagna complimented by chicken and pasta dishes, a multitude of salad and veggie choices, capped by yummy desserts – all the best! So very kind of you to host our event.

We also want to thank our team sponsors for 2010: Tahoe Optimists (Angels), Bay Products (Padres), South Tahoe Refuse (Mariners), Lew Mar Nel’s (Dodgers), Laub & Laub (Red Sox) and Marine Performance (Giants).

We couldn’t have a league without the special generosity of folks like you!

And a tip of the cap to others who have supported our league or donated items for our silent auction. Among them: Barton Hospital, Tahoe Orthopedics, US Bank, Alpine Carpets, Champion Floors to go, Check-2-Check, the Loftis Family, Lake Tahoe Coin Jewelry & Loan, the Oakland Athletics, Lira’s Market, Steve Weiss and the Detroit Tigers, Hunter-Douglas, AAA Roofing, the Texas Rangers, Line Drive U, Powder House/Rainbow Mountain, Southern Wine & Spirits, Tahoe Bowl, Tahoe Seasons Resort, Edgewood and the Blue Angel Cafe.

Your support is especially appreciated in these times.

Thanks again to all – and, soon as the snow melts, Play Ball!
