Kudos and Kindness: Thanks to Tahoe Valley Elementary School
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the entire staff at Tahoe Valley Elementary School for providing a wonderful learning experience to the many children in our community who began their educational experience at this school. For the past 13 years we have had the pleasure of our two sons attending this wonderful school. Our oldest son Brandon first attended Tahoe Valley Elementary for first grade in 1996 and our youngest son Dylan is now completing fifth grade this year and will be off to South Tahoe Middle School next fall.
The dedication to academic excellence that Mr. Mark Romagnolo, our current principal, and Ms. Jackie Nelson, our previous principal, have provided our children and community is something we feel deserves mention. Thanks to their many efforts, our children were always provided with a well-balanced curriculum and a fun and safe learning environment.
Our children were very fortunate to have many extremely experienced and devoted teachers over the years. We would like to thank each and every one of you for your dedication, time and your passion for teaching. The devotion required for teaching small children is something that is often not fully recognized and sometimes in fact taken for granted.
The teachers and office staff at Tahoe Valley are amongst the best in the nation. Many of the teachers at Tahoe Valley Elementary take the time during both the school year and during their vacation time in the summer months, to attend AVID programs to further enhance their teaching credentials. Each and every person who chooses the profession of teaching deserves to be honored. Without them our children’s path in life would not be fully enriched.
Thank you again to all of you at Tahoe Valley Elementary School who have helped guide and teach the many boys and girls in your classrooms over the years. You efforts, knowledge and dedication will always be fondly remembered.
