KUDOS AND KINDNESS: Valentine’s Day gift much appreciated

On behalf of the residents of South Lake Tahoe Women’s Center’s Emergency Domestic Violence Shelter Program, I would like to sincerely thank Kiwanis Club of Tahoe Sierra for provided a much appreciated Valentine’s Day gift for the women in our program. Each resident received a complimentary nail service at Session Salon. Special treats like this will give each resident the boost of self-confidence they need to help them stay motivated to gain self-sufficiency and heal from the violence they have endured. Thank you for your generosity and compassion!
