Kudos- Fund-raiser goes to marine science

Sierra House fifth-grade class would like to thank Chevy’s for allowing the students to hold a fund-raiser at their restaurant. The money raised will help fund their field trip to the Marine science Research Institute in June.

In addition to Chevy’s we would like to thank the following people and businesses for their contribution toward the silent auction that evening. Thanks to Reflection Eyewear, Nel’s Tahoe Hardware, Longs Drugs, Blue Lake Aikido, The Sportsman, Jeff Miner Consulting, DD’s Family Tree Boutique and Ellen Camacho.

Also, a sincere thank you to Mark Peck for organizing the event.

Sierra House fifth-grade students and teachers, Mrs. Mansfield, Mrs. Riley, Mrs. Miner and Miss Nighswonger
