Kudos & Kindness
We could fill most of the available space (in the Tribune) on any given day with lists of people to thank as we recover from the Angora fire. Some of our neighbors have written wonderful letters of gratitude and we echo their sentiments.
The “extreme receiving” we have needed to do has been unfamiliar and often difficult. From hugs and handshakes to financial help, know and remember we will not forget the overwhelming generosity of so many.
Family, friends, co-workers, coaches, teammates, employers, parents, students, church congregations, community organizations, businesses, government agencies, politicians, law-enforcement, the media, the contractor, our insurance company and complete strangers have all contributed to getting our family this far on the recovery road.
There will continue to be hurdles, upsets, and some unfortunate outcomes as a result of the fire. However, please share with your readers our sincerest appreciation for the love, concern and support shown to us.
