Kudos & Kindness

On behalf of the students and staff of St. Theresa School, I’d like to personally thank Chris Holmes, Fr. John Grace, Monsignor Murrough Wallace, Ellen Camacho, Tim Mazzoni and Frank Napier for organizing a successful 14th annual St. Theresa School golf tournament.

Your time, talent and energy help to foster the school’s philosophy and mission statement. Your help went far beyond what we’d hoped for, and we are grateful and blessed. May the Lord reward your kindness.

Summer Reading Program was a success

A huge thank-you to all the service clubs who helped make our Summer Reading Program a success.

Because of Kiwanis Sunrisers, Rotary Club of South Lake Tahoe, Soroptimist International of South Lake Tahoe, Kiwanis Club of Tahoe Sierra, and, of course, Soroptimist International of Tahoe Sierra, every kindergarten through eight-grader at Zephyr Cove Elementary, Kingsbury Middle School, St. Theresa School and Lake Tahoe United School District took a new book home in June to add to their personal library.

This has become a yearly event, and we look forward to giving another 3,000 books to the students in our community next June.
