KUDOS & KINDNESS: Grateful for nonprofit giving guide

Thank you so much for publishing a list of local not-for-profits at the lake. Each month, Svadhyaya Yoga studio (my businesses) makes a donation to a local not-for-profit. We have been doing so for three years and have begun to run short of locations toward which to donate. Your list enlightened me of the many opportunities we have missed. As a business operating in the basin, we try our best to support the community around us.

Through monthly donation-only classes and weekly donation-only guided meditation, we typically raise $100 or more each month. With this list, we will be able to reach further than we had before.

We look forward to continuing this practice and hope to check off everyone on the list.
