KUDOS & KINDNESS: Kiwanis Club donation helps library develop readers

To the members of Kiwanis Club of Lake Tahoe, thank you for your generous donation to the South Lake Tahoe Branch Library. The gift you give is not simply money – it’s a chance for children to experience a love of reading. When we can offer new, beautifully illustrated, well-written books to the children in our community, we have a greater chance of developing readers who will grow up to share that gift with their own children. We added 35 new titles to our collection, and many of them are already checked out. Thank you for helping us in our mission to educate, entertain, and inspire the children of Lake Tahoe. We value your commitment to reading.
