KUDOS & KINDNESS: Spaghetti dinner helps cross country team

The South Tahoe High School Boys Cross Country Team wants to send out a huge thank you to Bueno and Marty Kettelsen, Bert’s Cafe, Bonanza Produce, Crystal Dairy and Sara Lee Bakery.

On Sept. 21, Bueno and Marty Kettelsen, as well as their staff, hosted a spaghetti dinner fundraiser for the boys cross country team.

With the help of Bonanza Produce, Crystal Dairy and Sara Lee Bakery, the team was able to raise $2,000.

It is only with the support of a strong local community that the team can be as successful as we are. The funds raised will help the team pay for travel expenses to some of the best races in the area as well as help pay for new team gear. We are greatly appreciative for your generosity.
