Kudos & Kindness: Sproutology class brought community together in the interest of eating healthier

On behalf of the Lake Tahoe Leadership program and TahoeChamber, we would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to those who made the sproutology class a huge success: Suzanne Thomas, our guest speaker; Lake Tahoe Community College for the use of the classroom; Barton Hospital for the sponsorship; John and the crew at Grass Roots for donating all the ingredients for the lentil sprout salad; and MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa for hosting our speaker. Thank you to all the attendees as well. It was nice to see such a huge public interest in eating healthier.
