Kudos & Kindness: Students recognized as scholars make school proud

St. Theresa’s School is proud to have two students, Tommy Cefalu and Ben Howell, recognized as Pop Warner National All American Scholars. Out of more than 400,000 Pop Warner football players and cheerleaders competing for Academic All-Amercian status, less than 2 percent are chosen for national team recognition each year. This begins at the local level, progresses to the eight regional levels and continues on to the national level. To qualify, athletes must have a minimum 96 percent GPA. They must also show outstanding achievement in community service hours and non-sport related activities, clubs, and awards.

We are so proud of these students for maintaining academic excellence and giving back to our community through activities and community service.
