Kudos: Zephyr Cove students share Thanksgiving feast
Zephyr Cove Elementary School held its first annual Sharing Feast on Nov. 25. It was a resounding success with over 200 students, teachers, parents and administrators in attendance.
A special thanks to Lakeside Inn and Casino, especially Lon Rusk and Alvaro Ochoa, for providing the turkey. Special thanks to Florence our school cook who worked tirelessly on this event.
Special thanks to Denise Higgins, supervisor of nutrition services at Douglas County School District for allowing this to happen.
