Lake Tahoe weather: Week of sunshine, warm temperatures ahead
Lake Tahoe is in store for a week of sunshine and warmer temperatures.
The seven-day forecast calls for sunny or partly sunny conditions through the week and into the weekend, according to the National Weather Service in South Lake Tahoe.
After a high temperature of about 57 degrees Monday, highs in South Lake Tahoe will climb to the mid to upper 60s through the rest of the week.
“Warmer and drier conditions will make a return for much of the week,” per the weather service. “The warmer temperatures will lead to increases in cold and swift water for area streams. Breezy winds and a few thunderstorms are possible by the end of the week as another trough approaches the west coast.”
