Legendary 49er Rice to host free event Monday at Hard Rock Casino at Lake Tahoe
Anybody interested can meet and greet legendary NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice next week at Stateline.
Rice, promoting G.O.A.T Fuel Energy Drink, will arrive at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11, at the Vinyl Showroom in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe to meet and greet people and will also host a question and answer session during halftime of Monday Night Football.
Rice played most of his 20-year career with the San Francisco 49ers before finishing with the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks.
He won three Super Bowl rings in 1988, 1989 and 1995. He was voted Super Bowl Most Valuable Player in 1989.
Rice has scored the most touchdowns in NFL history and also holds virtually every significant career receiving record, including receptions, yards receiving, all-purpose yards, TD receptions and consecutive games with at least one catch.
Showroom doors open at 4:30 p.m. where there will be photo opportunities until 5 p.m.
The game between the 49ers and Seahawks will begin at 5:15 p.m.
Rice will host a question and answer session at halftime of the game.
