Letter to the editor: State Parks system has been dishonest

If the State Parks system cannot offset its budget shortfall legally, it must reduce park services – it is that simple. Its job is to live within its budget. The park system has been dishonest with the people of California by hiding millions of dollars from the citizens. They are crooks. They need to be punished for their acts with prison time. In my opinion, all involved should be fired, not resigned, and their salaries and benefits frozen. I am mad and am not going to take it anymore. How about you? Let your voice be heard. Write to Gov. Jerry Brown and the Legislature and let them know your outrage.
