Community meeting on Meyers Area Plan Thursday

A community meeting on a third Meyers Area Plan draft is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 26, at the California Conservation Corps Building, 1949 Apache Ave.

The document is a comprehensive land use plan with building design and development standards, zoning designations and community goals.

It has gone through three rounds of drafts over nearly two years of development, and is being prepared as part of the area plan framework created by the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency regional plan update. It would update a 1993 community plan.
