Final chance to see Irving Berlin’s ‘White Christmas’ at South Tahoe High School

Don’t miss your chance to see South Tahoe High School’s production of Irving Berlin’s classic holiday musical “White Christmas.” The drama department concludes the show’s two-weekend run, with the final three performances on Friday, Dec. 16, through Sunday, Dec. 18.

Led by a cast including Tyler Martin, Zane Brady, Caroline Krolicki, Zyena Tollhurst, Aurora Gooch, Trae Vincent and Dylan Martin, “White Christmas” is based off the 1954 movie of the same name. The story takes place in a Vermont inn and follows a song-and-dance team who put on a show and end up falling in love with a sister act.

The production includes classic Irving Berlin hits like “Blue Skies,” “Happy Holiday” and, of course, “White Christmas.”

The musical opened at South Tahoe High School Dec. 8, and had staged a full weekend of performances. Irving Berlin’s “White Christmas” finishes its South Shore run on Sunday, Dec. 18 at 2 p.m. The show also plays Friday, Dec. 16, and Saturday, Dec. 17, at 7 p.m.

Adult tickets are $15, and students 18 years and younger are able to attend for $10.

Tickets are available online at http://www.stshspaba.org until 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 16. Miss the deadline? Don’t fret — you can buy your tickets at the box office via cash or check.
