Open house at fire station for EMS week

Tribune staff report

South Lake Fire Station #3 holds an open house Saturday in honor of National Emergency Medical Services Week.

The open house runs from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the station, 2101 Lake Tahoe Boulevard. The event is free and all are welcome to attend.

Fire Chief Jeff Meston said it’s a way for the public to learn more about the emergency medical system.
