Tribune staff report

A South Lake Tahoe woman was arrested and booked into the Lake Tahoe Jail early Thursday morning, suspected of stabbing a man in the chest during a domestic incident on Fern Avenue.

Arrested is Indiana R. Tillman, 19. Tillman was booked into the Lake Tahoe Jail on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon. Her bail is set at $25,000, according to jail records.

The man with a stab wound in his chest was flown to Renown Medical Center for treatment.

Tillman has denied stabbing the man and the man told investigators that his injury was caused when he accidentally rolled over onto the knife, according to the South Lake Tahoe Police Department.
