Macosko gets sentenced today

The sentencing hearing for Matt Macosko is scheduled for today in El Dorado County Superior Court at 11 a.m.

Sentencing was postponed Friday for the 30-year-old South Lake Tahoe man who pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana for sale last month.

Macosko faces up to a year in jail. Macosko’s attorney, J. David Nick, is based out of San Francisco. Stormy weather and scheduling conflicts forced the sentencing rescheduling.
