SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – South Lake El Dorado Narcotics Enforcement Team members arrested a 44-year-old South Lake Tahoe man Tuesday on suspicion of selling cocaine.

Isidro Roberto Rojas Guzman, also known as “Nacho,” was arrested about 4 p.m. at an apartment on the 2500 block of Palmira Avenue after making several hand-to-hand transactions with undercover narcotics officers, said Task Force Commander Jeff Catchings.

Guzman was also seen selling small quantities of cocaine “all day,” Catchings said.

During warrant services, narcotics officers allegedly found about four ounces of cocaine at the Palmira Avenue address, as well as an additional six ounces of cocaine at a stash house on the 3500 block of Bobby Grey Circle.

Guzman also had about an ounce of cocaine in compartments sewn into his pants, Catchings said.

The task force commander estimated the cocaine had a street value of more than $20,000.

Narcotics task force team members also located scales and pay/owe sheets at the locations.

Guzman remained in custody at El Dorado County Jail in South Lake Tahoe Friday evening on suspicion of possessing narcotics and possessing narcotics for sale, according El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office booking information.

An immigration hold has also been placed on Guzman, according to the information.
