SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Douglas County sheriffs arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of battery after he allegedly bit the forearm of a security guard at Montbleu Resort Casino & Spa security guard late Oct. 13.

According to the arrest report, the man attempted to re-enter Opal Nightclub after he was asked to leave because of his intoxication level and his behavior towards female patrons.

Security guards apprehended the man and began removing him when he bit one of them, drawing blood, according to the report.
