Management changes planned at Kirkwood

Kirkwood Mountain Resort will likely be looking for a new general manager this spring or summer and maybe a new spokesperson this fall.

President Tim Cohee said he is retaining his title but taking on a different role as head of the resort’s real estate department.

And spokeswoman Tracy Miller said she is considering moving to Florida in the fall with her husband, ski patrol supervisor Todd Rudhal, who wants to build boats.

Miller has been in Kirkwood’s marketing department for five years and Cohee has been president for 13 years.

Miller said she’s not sure if she wants to leave Tahoe or Kirkwood for good, but wants to give Florida a try.

“I still have a lot of things I want to accomplish at Kirkwood,” she said.
