Services will take place July 31 for Marilyn Zvonik Holm, 79, of Indio, Calif., who died July 24, 2007, in Eisenhower Medical Center, Rancho Mirage, Calif.

Marilyn Joan Zvonik was born April 24, 1928, in Moline, Ill., to John and Myrtle (Brakensiek) Zvonik. A former resident of South Lake Tahoe, she was employed at the High Sierra Casino and Hotel during the 1970s and 1980s.

Marilyn is survived by children, Nancy Morris and her husband, Allan, of Las Vegas, Nev., Jeffrey Holm of Las Vegas, Courtney Holm of La Quinta, Calif., and Susan Finch and her husband, James, of La Quinta; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and brothers, Dwight Zvonik, and Roald Zvonik and his wife, Rosemary, all of Moline.

Services will begin at 11 a.m. July 31 in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline. Burial is in Rose Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. July 30 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Riverside United Methodist Church, Moline, or the American Cancer Society.
