A memorial service will take place July 21 in honor of the life of Marion Kohrs Stricker, who died July 16, 2004, at her home in South Lake Tahoe. She was 76.

Marion was born April 9, 1928, at Chicago, Ill., to William and Neva Kohrs. After graduating from high school she worked until she met George Stricker and they married in 1951.
