For the third consecutive year Marriott Grand Residence Club, Lake Tahoe has been recognized as a “Top 50 Ski Hotel in North America” by Conde Nast Traveler in its 12th annual “Best Places to Stay and Ski” readers’ poll.

Not only did the property receive high praise from skiers, but Marriott Grand Residence Club earned the highest ranking in the “rooms” category, officials announced today.

The 199 residences feature a selection of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom and penthouses floor plans ranging from 360 to 2,496 square feet of living space.
