Martin earns B.A. degree from SDSU

Troy Paul Martin, a 2000 graduate of South Tahoe High School, with his family and friends present, graduated from San Diego State University on May 20.
Martin, the son of Martha and Paul Winberg, earned his bachelor of professional studies degree in communications and his bachelor of arts degree in political science. He is presently working for the Mighty XX Sports Radio Station in San Diego.
