Marvin ‘Chuck’ Morris

Marvin Charles “Chuck” Morris died Nov. 1, 2005, in San Bernardino County, Calif. He was 24.

Chuck was born May 31, 1981, in South Lake Tahoe, and was a 12-year resident. He attended elementary school in Tahoe and high school in Sacramento. He excelled in reading and spelling and won several contests.

He enjoyed the outdoors and had been employed in the landscaping business. Chuck loved to read and target shoot with a bow and arrow, which he started when he was 7. He also enjoyed camping and hunting.



Chuck was a kind-hearted, gentle man, who loved people and had great empathy for everyone.

He is survived by his mother, Eula Wyatt of South Lake Tahoe; brother, Steven Creson of South Lake Tahoe; sisters, Naomi Moscarelli of Stockton, Calif., and Michelle Robertson of Carmichael, Calif.; grandmother, Dortha Boone of South Lake Tahoe; uncles, Dale Wyatt Jr. of South Lake Tahoe and Glenn Skaggs of Rio Linda, Calif.; foster parents and special friends, Bruce and Marian Batten of South Lake Tahoe; and several great-aunts and cousins.



He was predeceased by his uncle, Duane Ervin Skaggs, and aunt, Cathee Skaggs.

Private family memorial services are planned at a later date.

Chuck’s ashes will be brought back to Tahoe, where he always said he wanted to return.
