McCall Realty merges with Sierra Sotheby’s

Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty announced Wednesday its acquisition of the Zephyr Cove and South Lake Tahoe offices of McCall Realty.

McCall Realty has been a South Lake Tahoe industry leader since 1981. Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty has other Lake Tahoe offices in Elks Point of South Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, Nev., and Squaw Valley, Calif., according to a press release.

“Joining forces with the industry’s leading real estate brand and organization will help us to provide an even higher level of service to our established clientele,” Thane McCall, the former owner of McCall Realty, stated.

“We are thrilled to welcome Thane McCall and his team of 55 sales associates to our organization,” Peter Strand, President of Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty, stated in the release. “We look forward to supporting them in delivering our powerful package of Sotheby’s services to their long time clients. McCall Realty’s longstanding reputation of excellence and local expertise further strengthens our firm’s Lake Tahoe presence.”

Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty serves both the Nevada and California sides of Lake Tahoe, with offices in South Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, Zephyr Cove, and Squaw Valley.
