Following successful runs in Reno and Colorado, a cabaret show makes its Lake Tahoe debut this holiday weekend.

Prestige Productions will present “Decadence” at South Shore’s MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa Sunday, July 3.

“In our bold fashion, Prestige has created a production that debuts a diverse group of local and international talent in a Vegas-caliber cabaret,” according to a description of the show from organizers. “Fresh off a Colorado tour, and previously a six-month run at Harrah’s Reno, Decadence is an innovative blend of classic Broadway and old-time rock ‘n’ roll, mixed with today’s hottest hits and unique tracks.

“Prestige has taken the allure of burlesque, the beauty of technical showgirls, the intensity of hip-hop, the rawness of primal tribal dance, the ‘wow’s’ of acrobatics, contortion, and aerial arts, and blush-worthy comic relief to present a new taste of entertainment. A truly new era of cabaret. Come away with us … Escape to the cabaret.”

Doors to Sunday’s performance open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets prices start at $20 plus fees.

The show is only for those who are 21 years old or older.

MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa is located at 55 U.S. Highway 50 in Stateline.

More information on the show is available at http://www.ticketmaster.com.
