Murder mystery benefit for Whittell gradnite

“An Evening of Murderous Fun” to benefit George Whittell High School 2001 Gradnite has been scheduled for Feb. 14. Doors to the fund-raiser will open at 6:30 p.m. at Caesars Tahoe Conventin Center. The Valentine’s Day event offers a perfect way to treat ones sweetheart to a night out, and free childcare will be available from 6 to 9:45 p.m. at Kahle Community Center, 236 Kingsbury Grade.

The audience-participation murder mystery show stars DD and The Lieutenant, Eric and Jayne Post, who are donating their time and talent for the fund-raiser. Former Lake Tahoe residents, they now live and perform in Las Vegas.

Admission is $25 per person and includes dinner and the mystery show. A no-host bar will be available.

Reservations must be made no later than Feb. 11. For ticket information call Barbara Lane at (775) 588-6840 or mail checks payable to Whittell Grad Nite to P.O. Box 1124, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448.

All proceeds will benefit the Whittell 2001 Grad Nite alcohol- and drug-free celebration, which will follow graduation ceremonies on June 15.
