New pastor at Lake Tahoe Community Presbyterian Church

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Lake Tahoe Community Presbyterian Church proudly announces the arrival of our new pastor, the Rev. Dr. Rolfe Granath. Following the 9:30 a.m. service on March 20, there will be welcoming potluck lunch for Rolfe and his wife, Beverly.

Rolfe has visited LTCPC on many occasions, and has delivered a sermon as a guest pastor. He grew up in Fair Oakes, Calif., graduated from San Juan High School and Whitworth College in Spokane, Wash. He has been an Associate Pastor in Visalia, Calif, a Senior Pastor in Aurora, Colo., and Plano, Texas.

Rolfe met his wife, Beverly, a hospice nurse, at Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church. They were married 34 years ago and spent their honeymoon at Zephyr Point. Maintaining a connection to the Tahoe area, they have had ski passes at Heavenly Valley for the last three seasons.
