Anthony Joseph Marino

Anthony Joseph Marino passed away Friday, January 4 in Placerville. He was 39.

Anthony was born in San Leandro in 1979 before moving to South Lake Tahoe in 1981. He attended South Lake Tahoe High and continued to reside here the majority of his adult life. He enjoyed family time, especially barbecues at the beach. Music always played a huge role in Anthony’s life and he was never without it. He had a sense of adventure and loved being outside.

Anthony is survived by his mother Paula Jean Davis and father Jim Marino; three daughters Trinity Marino-LaTella, Angelina Mayree Marino, Anabella Marino, and one son Carlo Anthony Marino. Sisters Deanna Tavares and Amanda Miller, and brother Ryan Marino, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Visitation is scheduled Friday, January 18 from 4-8pm at McFarlane Mortuary 887 Emerald Bay Rd. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 19 at 2pm (please arrive early to be seated before the service starts) at Hope Lutheran Church 930 Julie Lane SLT, CA 96150. A reception will follow.

We would like everyone attending the service to bring their favorite billed hat, and Anthony’s favorite color was red.
