John Ryan

John Ryan, beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend, died suddenly on September 11, 2016. He leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years, Maureen, his sister and brother-in-law Eileen and Tony Batista, nephews Ian Dahl (deceased) and Erik Dahl (Melissa)to both of whom he was a second father. As well as nephew Nicholas Batista. He also leaves behind niece and goddaughter Kasey Batista and grand nieces Emerald Dahl (Joseph),and Jessica Dahl along with great grand nephews Miles, Raedyn and Djace. John was a veteran of the US Army and the owner of John Ryan Water Trucks. He worked tirelessly to better the rights of his fellow disabled veterans. He leaves behind many friends and colleagues who will miss his humor and kindness. We will forever treasure memories of his hysterically funny stories from “back in the day”. John never asked for anything and gave his all for the ones he cared about. So, just as Melissa said, we should all try to “live like John”. A celebration of John’s life will be announced at a later date.
