Lucy Rose Fabrizio Johnson

01-18-1933 – 7-28-2016

Lucy was born in Long Island, NY, to parents who emigrated from Italy. She was married for 40 years to retired SLT Deputy Chief Donald Johnson, who proceeded her in death 20 years ago. Together, the two of them enjoyed cross country motorcycle trips, fishing, and evenings with good friends. Lucy liked to bowl and took her Bingo seriously.

Lucy had a wicked sense of humor and enjoyed her independence. She is survived by her daughters Janet Crow and Margaret Smith, sons in law Steve and Richard, grandson Richard, granddaughter Allison, and great granddaughter Emme. She also leaves her best friend Sue, her honorary son Dave, her neighborhood family, and her buddies at Lakeside Casino.

Lucy loved dogs and cats. In her honor, donations can be made to the Lake Tahoe Humane Society, 884 Emerald Bay Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.
