Daniel Scott Miller 56 born 10/16/1966 passed away on 10/23/2022 from a brief battle with cancer. He passed away peacefully in his wife Sami Millers arms and his mother Linda Curry, and brother Steve Miller holding his hands. Family that were by his side also were Ron & Gail Weibel, David Gerhardt and his pride and joy Boxers Duke & Daisy.
Dan moved to Tahoe from Grass valley in 1988. His love of wood working, prompted him to open up his cabinet shop Miller Custom Cabinets, we’re he made beautiful cabinets and furniture for so many people in Tahoe. He met the love of his life Sami in 2001, she had a 5 year old son
RJ Rivera and they married in 2005 and started a life full baseball as RJ loved playing baseball! For years Dan coach little league and Babe Ruth! He also had the love of music, he played the drums like know one else. He started playing drums at the age of three! His other love was camping, and of course his boat and being on Lake Tahoe. It was his happy place.
Celebration of life will be held at the Boat House at Camp Richardson Resort (this is where Dan & Sami got married)
November 12, 2022 from 11-2 please bring your favorite dish and celebrate Dans life!
