It is with sadness that we note Richard’s death on Sunday morning, December 9, 2018, at a hospital in Sacramento. He had fallen and had trouble breathing that led to his death. Richard was born in Tanta, Egypt, the fifth of seven children of United Presbyterian missionaries, Rev. Earl R. Jamieson and Marianna Gray Jamieson.

Three siblings survive; Carol (Jack) Trimingham of Windsor, CA, Catherine Longoria of Concord, CA, and Donald (Beverly) of San Jose; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held, at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 3235 Pope Ave., Sacramento.
Light refreshments will be served after the service.
