OBITUARY: Angela Connor Carreau

1971-2012 In Loving Memory

Angela, or “Betty” as her husband would call her, was born in rural Colorado on August 13, 1971. She grew up in South Lake Tahoe, California, where she attended high school and met her husband Gilbert Carreau. The couple moved to Marathon Florida before returning to establish Gardnerville, Nevada as their home. Angela worked as a home health care provider, and over the years has spent her days assisting and loving those in need. Angela was witty and had a charming sense of humor; she loved to laugh and brought joy to those around her. She also had a passion for traveling as well as being home in the Carson/Tahoe area. Angela passed away peacefully on February 12, 2012 surrounded by her loved ones, she was 40.

Angela, who was a loving mother, wife, sister and daughter, is survived by: husband Gilbert Carreau, daughters Cameron “Pepper” Carreau, and Summer Connor, Siblings Mary Hennessy, Michael Hennessy, and Anna Ommanney, Father Patrick Hennessy and countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A service will be held Tuesday February 28th from 5-9 pm at Carson Valley Inn, 1627 Highway 395 N. Minden, NV in the CV Steakhouse room.
