OBITUARY: Dorothy Callahan

Dottie was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN where she met her husband, Emmet Callahan, a company manager for Broadway shows. She worked for the Nederlander Organization and the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera. She retired to her beloved home at Lake Tahoe and lived there happily for 22 years.

She will be greatly missed by family Ralph and Mary Clements, John-Paul and Patrick Wenger, Rich, Dawn, Riley and Devon Mendoza and her dear friends Jim, Pam and Cliff Beattie, Ron and Carol Nageotte.

She is preceded in death by her husband Emmet Callahan, her parents George and Clara Green and her brother Lloyd Green. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dorothy’s name to the Fibrous Dysplasia Foundation.

Dottie never knew a stranger.
