Obituary – Dorothy Maria Ringer

Private inurnment is planned for Dorothy Marie Ringer, who died July 21, 2001, at Pleasanton, Calif. She was 82.

Mrs. Ringer was born Aug. 18, 1918, to Virgil and Marie Bohannan of El Segundo, Calif. She married Ed Ringer of Ione, Calif., in 1942. Mrs. Ringer had been a 10-year South Lake Tahoe resident and also had lived at Stockton, Buena Vista, San Diego, San Francisco and Fresno in California. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Ed Ringer; children, Jeff Ringer of Shelbina, Mo., Jil Anderson of Philadelphia, Jan Brown of Las Vegas and Jennifer Ringer of Pleasanton, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Bill, and sister, Alma.



Mrs. Ringer will be cremated and her ashes dispersed in the Pacific Ocean.
