Obituary — Frederick "Fred" Logan Streeter

A memorial service is scheduled July 19 for Frederick “Fred” Logan Streeter II, who died July 11, 2002, at his home in Reno, Nev. He was 54.

Mr. Streeter was born June 29, 1948, in Oklahoma to Charles and Marie (Thompson) Streeter. A prominent businessman and generous employer, he was the owner of Streeter Imports. He had been a former resident of Zephyr Cove, Nev.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Marie and Weldon Johnson of Washington; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Lee Shabinaw of California; aunt and uncle, Lorene McMinn and Ramon McMinn, both of Oklahoma; cousins, Melissa Anderson and Richard McMinn and families; and nephews; Brad, Andrew, Logan and Braden Hanson.

A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. July 19 at O’Brien-Rogers & Crosby Funeral Home, 600 West Second St., Reno.
