WILLIAM DONALD STONE of South Lake Tahoe, passed away on June 14, 2012. He was born in Redding, California on November 13, 1949.

As a young man Bill traveled all around California and settled in the Reno-Tahoe area in the 1980’s. He worked in several casinos and made many friends and co-workers. Bill especially enjoyed his years working as a Casino Manager with Caesar’s Crystal Cruises, during which time he traveled all over the world. At the time of his passing, Bill was working for Montbleu Casino in Casino Observation. Bill was an accomplished skier and golfer and will be missed on Tahoe’s slopes and greens.

He is survived by his sister, Paula Horton and nephews Brett Horton and Jared Horton. He will be deeply missed by his loving companion for the last four years, Marianne Rosenfeld.
