Kudos: Heavenly and Epic Promise bring Sierra House students out of classroom and onto slopes (opinion)

Sierra House Elementary School would like to thank Heavenly and the Epic Promise grant for another amazing year of skiing and boarding with our students.

We are a health and fitness theme school, and we are grateful to be able to take every student up to the mountain to experience skiing or snowboarding. This is not only an “Epic” adventure that our students look forward to every year, but it is an experience that builds confidence on the snow and this confidence transfers to their academic performance in the classroom.

From the instruction, to the equipment rentals, to the lift tickets, Heavenly takes care of us. We cannot express our thanks enough for providing our students with this fantastic opportunity.
