Kudos & kindness: Family appreciation event a success
Thank you to our wonderful community partners who contributed to a spectacular foster and adoptive family appreciation event. Tahoe Sports & Entertainment hosted at the ice arena and gifted everyone free ice skating. A captivating magic show was provided by Alex Ramon and he gifted all the foster children free tickets to the opening weekend of his new show, “Impossible.” The families thoroughly enjoyed the dinner generously provided by Blue Angel, Primos, Sugar Pine Bakery, Big Bites, Raley’s and Safeway. Every family left with a gift from a local business, showing how much our community values what they do for our foster children. Thank you to Grass Roots, Elements Spa, Azul, Base Camp, Freshie’s, South Shore Bikes, Tahoe Bowl, Orchid’s, Heavenly Cinema, Sports LTD, Heidi’s Pancake House, Tep’s Villa Roma, Blue Dog Pizza, Aloha Ice Cream and South Tahoe Stand Up Paddle for providing those amazing gifts! Thank you for your generosity and support towards our local foster and adoptive families!
