Letter (Annie Davidson): Thank you to the South Lake Tahoe community

To the South Lake Tahoe Community, Thank you for considering me for Lake Tahoe Unified School District Board member. With your support, I will serve the residents of Trustee Area #1. My husband Matt Lucksinger, a South Tahoe native, and I decided to move to the LTUSD in 2014, excited to have our daughters enter school and to be able to participate in this community. School Board service is an extension of that decision.

As a School Board member, I will work collaboratively with other members, District leadership, and the South Tahoe education community to ensure that all students grow in academic achievement and community mindedness and are ready for college and careers. I will be fair-minded, focused on children and their learning, and generous with my energy and expertise. Our kids are our future.

Thank you to all who have shown their support, including Dr. Amy Anton, Brooke Ballachy-Martone, Emily Barkely, Chris Campion, Kathy Campion, Jennifer David, Mayor Wendy David, Kim Demus, Emily Erkkila, Carey Galles, Nick Haven, Kathy Haven, David Kurtman, Editor of the Lake Tahoe News, Melody Levitt, Krystal Long, Julie Lowe, Mark Lucksinger, Marti Lucksinger, Julie Lucksinger, Michelle McLean, Walter Morris, Dr. Kindred Murillo, Amy Payne, Cynthea Preston, Diane Rosner, Doug Rosner, Laura Staman-Cotulla, Megan Suarez-Brand, John Upton, Heather Wildman, Evon Yakar, Rachel Yakar, Aileen Yure, Sabrina Zalles, and the organization Evolve California. There are many others to thank – thank you so much to each and every one!

If you are still deciding, please visit my LinkedIn profile (www.linkedin.com/in/anne-davidson-8216b623) or “annie4schoolboard1” Facebook page. Vote “Annie” for School Board.
