Letter: Stop stealing JoAnn Conner’s South Lake Tahoe campain signs

Who in the world would be so desperate to remove (steal) JoAnn Conner’s campaign signs “CONNER FOR COUNCIL” around the city?

This is an unlawful act and JoAnn has the right to put these signs out the same as any other candidate. JoAnn suffered greatly with the city council’s public humiliation of her “so-called” disagreements with them.

JoAnn has the constitutional right to run for re-election and she has a lot of supporters out there who want to see her re-elected. She has worked hard to make the city council more involved and productive, is fighting for affordable housing, better roads, etc.

I live in the county, so I can’t vote for her; but I will do everything I can to see that she is re-elected. Whoever removed (stole) those signs will pay dearly if caught by law enforcement.

Do the right thing and STOP this nonsense! We live in a wonderful place and should cherish our surroundings. Please join me in the re-election of JoAnn Conner for city council. She won’t let you down.
