As the health department has decided to strictly enforce regulations concerning unlicensed purveyors of food, it would seem the following activities should be banned and violators prosecuted:

1. Church bake sales and potluck dinners.

2. School/band/beam food sales for fund-raising purposes.

3. Trading lunches at school.

4. Cookouts at family reunions or picnics.

5. Candy handouts at Halloween (special notice to Governor and Mrs. Guinn).

6. Birthday parties with (horrors!) home-baked cakes.

7. Easter egg hunts.

As a matter of curiosity, would accepting an invitation to a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner constitute aiding and abetting an illegal activity?
