Letter– Unhappy with information from business


When I booked my reservation through Lake Tahoe Accommodations to stay for seven days from Aug. 8-17, I had been told that the location I’m going to stay in is only a few minutes from my condo to the beach. When I got here I found that it took 45 minutes walking, crossing streets with heavy traffic with my new born baby; and 10 minutes with a taxi.

It was totally misrepresentation. I was talking to the manger of the Lake Tahoe Accommodations, I was totally helpless and disappointed when they with held extra fees for nothing from the refund.

I’m not going to use their services anymore and will make sure people are aware of what’s going on inside of Lake Tahoe Accommodations.
